There are two ways to buy your favourite product
1) Bid - You can place an offer on the product that you want to purchase, you will see the seller's lowest ask on the product page.
2) Buy Now – Simply select on buy now and place the order.

1) Click on Sell on the top right corner of the home page screen or Sell now on any product page.
2) Choose the product you want to list for sale.
3) Fill in the product pricing details.
4) Your product listing will be approved within 60 minutes.
5) You can check the status of your listing by clicking on 'Check Status' on your Selling Tab.

If you have the highest bid, a seller who places an Ask that matches yours will automatically sell to you. If someone places a higher bid than you, no worries. If an ask matches their (now highest) bid, they’ll get the item. But your bid is still active and could be accepted if it becomes the highest bid again.

If you don’t want to wait, simply select “Buy Now” on the product page to purchase the item immediately at the lowest Ask. You can pay using all major debit and credit cards.

Fashion Stock Exchange ensures that your shipments get to you safer and faster. It takes between 6 - 8 working days to receive your product once it's been authenticated.

Once the bid/ask is accepted by the seller, you can cancel the bid within 60mins. This policy is in place to maintain integrity of the marketplace, as both the parties involved in the transaction i.e buyer and seller are showing their intention to buy/sell a particular product when they place a bid/ask.
Incase you no longer want the product, You can always sell it back on our marketplace.

All sales made through Fashion Stock Exchange are final and we do no accept any returns. In some instances where you might receive a different product, incorrect size, damaged product. You can connect with us by sending an email to info@fseindia.in or simply drop a Whatsapp message on +91 8591634145 and we'll start an investigation within 24-48 hours.

Our current Service Fee are 5% on each product. No Processing Fee or Authentication Fee and GST5@18% will be charged on the Service Fee. All Product Prices will be inclusive of GST.

A) In order to reset your Fashion Stock Exchange account password, visit your account settings page and select reset password.

Once you have selected this option, an email will be sent to your email account associated with your Fashion Stock Exchange account, allowing you to update your password.

If you do not see the email once you have sent the request, we recommend checking your spam and junk filter before submitting another request.

The best way to secure your Fashion Stock Exchange account is to use a unique password that hasn't been used on any other platforms. While we require passwords to include at least 8 characters, one capitalized letter, one number, and one special character, we encourage longer passphrases that include multiple special characters.

To delete just your billing information, contact us and request "Delete Billing."

To delete just your account, contact us and request "Delete Account."

Note: When a customer asks us to erase their information, some information has to be retained for legal and security reasons. This is in line with data privacy laws (including the GDPR) which do not require us to delete all information in its entirety. We also need to keep a record of transactions in case of legal disputes and for tax purposes.

A) Fashion Stock Exchange will never ask you to submit personal information on a 3rd party website, or call you without your permission. Be suspicious of unusual requests for your personal or financial information by email or phone. It may be a “spoof” or “phishing” attempt by parties not affiliated with Fashion Stock Exchange in an attempt to collect your personal information.

“Phishing” is an attempt to steal your personal information online. Scammers pretend to act as a legitimate business or individual to get you to disclose your personal information such as credit or debit cards, passwords, and Social Security numbers.

Phishing scams often impersonate a well-known company, and usually include imitations of company logos, official-looking email templates, and messaging that may seem similar to real communications from Fashion Stock Exchange.

  • The most common phishing scams involve sending an email that pretends to be from a legitimate company such as Fashion Stock Exchange.
  • The email may ask you to fill out a form or click on a link or button that takes you to a fraudulent website.

All products without images contain an upload form where users can submit their own images of the same product listed. Please note that the image you upload must be one you capture yourself. We will not accept stock images, screen grabs, or photos taken from other publications or sources.

What happens after my submission?

You will receive a notification on the product submission form that we've received your request. Our team will review your submission, determine the fit for our marketplace, and align it with the team's priorities.

How long before the product I requested is added to the marketplace?

Please allow our catalog team up to two weeks to process your request. All requests are reviewed in the order that are received.

I haven't received any email notification, was my product added?

To see if your product was added please check the site. If the product you requested is not on the site within two weeks, it was likely rejected due to not meeting the criteria of our catalog at this time.

A) Fashion Stock Exchange defines "Deadstock" as an authentic, new, unworn pair of sneakers. They are complete with original box including the box lid and the box label indicating the shoe size, as would be acceptable for sale at a retail location. “Deadstock” sneakers also may or may not include additional accessories (such as laces) that were included in the original packaging at purchase. 

As with sneakers sold at retail, some pairs will pass "Deadstock" inspection despite being unlaced, tried on for fit, and/or having slight manufacturer flaws and imperfections that are uncontrollable. In addition, all "Deadstock" sneakers must come in the original box, which may have encountered minimal damage from shipping, discoloration from storage and/or any normal wear and tear due to aging.

When it comes to older pairs,”Deadstock” sneakers can include signs of aging, including yellowing and should be worn at your own risk. "Deadstock" sneakers that are over 5 years old, when worn, may experience structural weakness and a lack of durability. We do allow the original box to be slightly damaged, such as minor dents and rips. We do not allow boxes with major rips or tears.

A) Fashion Stock Exchange defines streetwear as brand new it has to be unworn and in flawless condition. In-store tags and/or generic plastic bags are NOT required for a streetwear item to be considered brand new. We strongly encourage every seller to include the original tags and clear plastic sleeve with every sale, but these are not required as they will vary depending if the original purchase was in-store or online.

We do require any original accessories that may have been included by the manufacturer, however, we do not require any additional branded content (postcards, stickers, etc.), or the shopping bag that may or may not have been included during the original sale.

As with items sold at retail, some products will pass our inspection despite having minor stitching or other manufacturing flaws that are uncontrollable.

The branded shopping bag or additional branded content (postcards, stickers, etc.) are not required and will be discarded once received.

Fashion Stock Exchange strictly follows No Refunds and No Exchange Policy. Sneakers can always be re-listed for sale at any time. However, an order once placed can be cancelled within 60mins by the buyer or the seller. In such a case the buyer gets a refund and the pair is returned back to the seller.

A) Fulfilment will be completed through our shipping partner Delhivery.

It might take a couple of days before receiving a shipping confirmation since the sneaker needs to be delivered to our facility and pass authentication before it is shipped to you!
